Adversarial Inversion Protocol: Stress Testing Governance Controls Against Institutional Capture and Legitimacy Theater

A systematic adversarial inversion of every governance principle in the RDAIG framework. SHADOWMASTER does not abolish governance language — it colonizes it. Tests whether each control survives institutional co-optation or collapses into legitimacy theater under adversarial pressure.

SHADOWMASTER: adversarial inversion protocol testing every governance control against legitimacy theater.

Red-team protocol

Method · Red-Team Protocol — legitimacy theater detection and institutional co-optation testing

SHADOWMASTER is the red-team instrument for the AI Governance Master Project. It proceeds by systematically inverting every governance principle: intake rules become intake theater, provenance requirements become provenance performance, audit trails become audit furniture.

The protocol does not attack from outside the governance language. It works from inside it — colonizing each control with its adversarial twin and testing whether the original control has enough structural specificity to survive. Controls that collapse under SHADOWMASTER pressure are redesigned. Controls that hold are confirmed as genuinely binding rather than merely legible.
